Missing Uを作り始めたのは2020年、コロナ禍真っ只中の頃。
Sweepくんといつものように長電話しながら
「こんな状況でも、せめて曲は作ろう」と話して、2つの曲を産み落とした。
その1つは「WATCH OUT NOW」
2020年最後に、もはや意地でリリースしたと言っても過言ではない、当時の怒りが表れた作品。
それに対して一緒に作ったもう1つの曲が「Missing U」
こちらの曲では、それぞれ抱えた哀しみの部分をストレートに描いている、
静と動。対をなすような2つの作品。
それがやっとこうして世に揃えられた事が何とも感慨深いです
